As a major subcontractor to DexteritTech Solutions (DTS), FTC will continue to deliver sustainment, customization, and configuration/content management support to the EES BIS and MyEES websites with a user group of over 400,000. FTC has supported the VA’S EES and BIS Data Strategy support contracts since 2014 and will continue to support the EES program under the VHA EES Innovation Cell Services requirement. FTC is a trusted partner in the advancement of EES goals of efficiency and transparency in service of Veterans. As part of the DTS Team, FTC will continue to design, configure, and sustain the activities of a modern, automated SharePoint solution that integrates legacy databases, data dashboarding, reporting capabilities, and PowerApps. FTC will accurately detail the existing process flows, technical requirements, and business processes, as required.

FTC has developed an effective working relationship with VA stakeholders, and this win to continue support to the EES Office, as FTC has for almost a decade, and will provide continuity of service and support to valuable applications such as the MyEES Portal, Business Intelligence Suite (BIS), PowerBI solution, EES Data Warehouse, as well as third-party vendor systems like TRAIN’s cloud-based learning management service (LMS), and Brightcove’s cloud-based video management services. FTC is pleased to continue supporting the EES Office and will strive to achieve exceptional CPAR and QASP scores as has been achieved in their ongoing support to EES to date.
