FTC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) founded by our CEO and President, Vaseal Montgomery with the original mission of facilitating the interoperability and integration of Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) electronic health records to improve the quality of care for our Nation’s Veterans.

With a growing employee base of more than 500 employees located in three corporate offices, 34 states, and two locations OCONUS, FTC is enabling mission critical outcomes for Federal Government partners across the full spectrum of the Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence landscape through cutting-edge information technology solutions, proven resources, and unparalleled customer commitment.

Our reputation for quality, timely delivery, responsive management, innovative solutions, and cost-effective execution of mission objectives is evidenced by more than a decade of on-time and on-budget solutions, positive Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs), and above-average Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) ratings.

At FTC, service is a part of our DNA: service to our customers, service to our Nation’s heroes, and service to our family of employees. At the heart of it all, what drives us is making a difference for people.

As a trusted partner, we are advocates for our customers’ success. We believe excellence in delivery begins with an unparalleled commitment to our clients, and our long record of success across a broad and ever-expanding portfolio of Federal Government customers evidences how deeply we engage in our strategic partnerships.

Yet, we also understand that excellence extends beyond just the customer experience. It’s also about nurturing the brightest talent at every level of our enterprise so that our family of employees can be the best they can be. We take great pride in cultivating a flexible, team-oriented work environment in which our employees can continue to grow and thrive.

Most importantly, our commitment to make a positive impact on the community deepens as we continue to grow in size and scope. In our work, our corporate philanthropy, and our culture of inclusion, our ultimate goal is to make a difference by providing vital resources, opportunities, and support for others – particularly for our Nation’s heroes.
