The appraisal was performed by Multi-Dimensional Maturity (MD Maturity), a Veteran-owned small business and CMMI Institute partner for over fifteen years. This is FTC’s third successful CMMI-SVC Level 3 appraisal, the first having been completed in 2015.
CMMI is an internationally recognized capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that FTC’s standards, processes, procedures, tools and methods are well characterized, understood, and aligned with industry best practices to allow for optimal program success, flexibility and efficiency and to ensure a high standard of quality in customer service.
