Chief Growth Officer Monica Rosser Recognized with a 2022 Leading for Impact, Women In Leadership Award
VIENNA, VA
FTC is proud to announce that Chief Growth Officer Monica Rosser was recognized with a 2022 Leading for Impact, Women In Leadership Award. Nominated by peers and selected by a panel of current and former Federal and Industry leaders, Leading for Impact, Women In Leadership Award recipients are recognized for their Impact in leading organizations and mission-focused strategic programs across the Federal Civilian, Federal Health, and Military Health, Technology and Consulting Community. The 2022 list of Award Winners were announced by FedHealthIT over a three-day span from Tuesday, October 4 through Thursday, October 6, and will be honored at FedHealthIT’s 5th Annual Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership Conference and Award Ceremony at the National Press Club this November.
Monica’s professional experience spans nearly two decades of commercial and federal experience. Having joined Favor TechConsulting, LLC’s FTC’s Business Development team in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Monica was named FTC’s first female Chief Growth Officer in 2018 and has been integral to the company’s sustained 30%+ year-over-year revenue increases and nearly 300% employee growth. Applying her broad knowledge of the federal market and vision for the changing IT landscape, she has amassed over a half-billion-dollar portfolio within the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) and expand the company’s footprint across existing, adjacent, and new markets by securing key contracts within the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Justice (DOJ), among others. Monica manages growth in a forward-thinking manner – developing a robust opportunity pipeline, fostering unprecedented collaboration across delivery teams, and challenging her team to steward innovation by applying key best practices, adapting new ideas from the commercial space, and developing subject matter expertise for emerging technologies to improve outcomes. As a founder and executive sponsor for FTC’s Women In Tech (WIT) employee resource group, she plays an active role in planning community-building, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives focused on supporting women in the workplace that helped earn FTC a Washington Post Top Workplace award for three years.
Following FTC’s acquisition by Federal Advisory Partners (FAP) in December, 2021, Monica has played an integral role in the integration and strategic direction of the strategic partnership between FAP and its subsidiary companies FTC and Universal Consulting Services (UCS). As Chief Growth Officer for the integrated FAP – FTC-UCS platform, she has managed the seamless delivery of three high-performing business development teams while setting aggressive strategic targets and charting the course for supercharged, accelerated growth across the federal sector.
“Not only has Monica been a key driver of FTC’s extraordinary, sustained growth trajectory over the past 5+ years,” commented FTC CEO Tim Borchert, “she has also played an integral role in the development, strategic planning, and evolution of our unified platform since FTC’s acquisition nine months ago. Monica brings a unique blend of wisdom, insight, vision, and focus to this team, and I look forward to all that lies ahead for her and for this team as we begin an exciting new chapter delivering impact and innovation across the federal sector well into the future.”
