Monica brings over a decade of leadership experience in both small and large businesses serving the government sector to this new role. Prior to joining FTC in 2016, Monica led SBG’s IT Center of Excellence of over 180 dedicated Health IT professionals serving three Cabinet administrations and their portfolio of programs and oversaw both Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton’s significant programs in the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). Having joined FTC’s Growth team in 2016, as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Monica has been pivotal to the company’s incredible growth over the past three years. She has amassed over a half-billion-dollar portfolio within the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), the primary focus of which is directed to the improvement of care and services for our nation’s Veterans, and has expanded the company’s footprint in new markets by securing key contracts within the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), among others. Monica was recently named a “Rising Star of GovCon” by DCA Live in recognition of her impressive track record in the industry. As Chief Growth Officer, Monica will work across key activity areas to align FTC’s business development efforts with strategic targets and drive the company’s continued growth across a wide range of federal government agencies.
