On February 15, 2018, the Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA) awarded FTC the Electronic Policy and Requirements Handbook (ePRH) Modernization and Support Services task order. Under this 5-year program, FTC will provide administrative and subject matter expertise support to the National Office of Job Corps (OJC) as part of modernizing and streamlining the ePRH and will engage with a broad range stakeholders to coordinate policy updates. Additionally, FTC will help to streamline and update the Program Assessment Guide (PAG) as part of standardizing Job Corps training practices from the enterprise level to 124 Job Corps data centers Nationwide. This award—FTC’s first-ever contract with the DOL—will enable FTC to support a mission-critical modernization initiative while playing a role in enhancing the delivery of education, training, life skills, and employment and job retention strategies to young adults.
