CIO-SP3 Contract

The National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is a 10-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract enabling small businesses to streamline the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions to support DoD and civilian customers and participate in Government requirements across a broad range of IT services, with flexible contract types and a $10 billion ceiling. NITAAC awarded FTC the Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) track in all 10 CIO-SP3 task areas:

Ken Allgood

Ken has a BS in Information Management Systems, with a minor in Psychology from Saint Leo University, is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and holds a variety of other certifications, to include: TIBCO Certified Professional (TCP) - Service Oriented Architecture, and HL7 CDA.

Prior to assuming the Chief Strategy Officer role, Ken provided technical and program leadership as FTC's Lead Cloud Architect for the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Testing Infrastructure (TI) design and implementation contract. Prior to joining FTC, Ken served as Technical Lead and Program Manager on a variety of large scale, multi-million dollar projects for Federal organizations and Commercial firms internationally. Employers have included Deloitte Consulting, BearingPoint, Northrop Grumman, and SAIC, with each engagement drawing upon the professional foundation created during Ken’s 11 years as an Air Force NCO.
